Refund policy
If you need to return a product, please refer to the instructions below.
1. Email a product return request to zedco.ph@gmail.com within 10 calendar days of receiving the product. Please include the following in your request:
- Reason for returning the product
- Picture of the delivery receipt
- Video of the product that will be returned
2. Once your request is approved, please return the product to us within 3 to 7 calendar days.*
3. After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for damages and missing items.
4. After passing the inspection, we will refund its value via bank deposit or GCash.
*Customers in Metro Manila are given 3 calendar days to return a product while customers outside Metro Manila are given 7 calendar days. We will reimburse the return shipping fee if the product is defective or wrong.
